All rugs and kilims bought from Klasik Hali showrooms are guaranteed
for 5 years. No warranty certificate is needed and issued but a
proof of purchase is required. All rugs and kilims carry this warranty
5 years from the date of purchase in our company records.
This warranty is only valid if proper carpet care and cleaning
guidelines are followed.
Our recommendations as Klasik Hali
- Sweep your carpets on average 3-4 times a week.
- In certain intervals, carpets can be cleaned with a rug cleaning
shampoo (KOSLA in Turkey) according to the directions on the cleaning
product.
- Do not forget that your rug is made of only wool and protect your
carpet from warm or hot water.
- Those carpets with warm or hot water spilled on them are not covered
under warranty.
